User story

As a salon owner, I want to run appointments, my team and their working hours in one place so that the day can be managed without phone calls and a paper diary.

Acceptance criteria

The calendar shows the whole team's day, with each employee's working hours.
A new appointment can be created from a slot: service, client, products and notes.
A client can be searched, picked from recent clients, or added during booking.
A booked appointment can be reviewed, edited or taken to payment.
Employees can be listed, selected in bulk, and added with profile, services and permissions.
Working hours can be defined per employee in the team schedule.

Calendar & appointments

01Calendar overviewThe day view puts the whole team side by side — each column headed by an employee and their shift — with services, clients and the current-time marker read at a glance. Date, range and team filters sit above.

02New appointment — choose a serviceA slot opens the booking panel on the right. Services are grouped by category — Hair, Facial, Nails, Massage, Makeup — each with duration and price, so the appointment starts from what is being sold.

03Appointment detailsThe chosen service, employee and time sit at the top of the panel with a running total. Client, optional products and notes follow; more services can be added to the same visit.

04Finding the clientThe client field searches existing records and offers the last clients directly — or creates a new one without leaving the booking.

05Ready to saveWith the client attached, the panel holds everything the appointment needs and Zapisz wizytę commits it to the calendar.

06Booked appointmentAn existing appointment opens as Szczegóły Wizyty: status, client, services, total and notes, with Edytuj and Zapłać closing the loop between booking and payment.

Team management

07Team overviewThe Zespół table lists every employee with position, phone, e-mail and status — the roster the calendar and the schedule both draw from.

08Selecting employeesRow checkboxes turn the table into a working surface for changes that affect several people at once.

09Add employee — profileA new employee is created in a modal split by section: photo, name, position, contact details and address.

10Add employee — servicesThe services step assigns what the employee performs — by category, with duration and price per service — which is what makes them bookable in the calendar.

Team work schedule

11Schedule overviewGrafik Pracy lays the team against the week: hours per employee per day, with totals — the source of the shift labels shown in the calendar header.

12Employee hoursPodgląd Pracownika opens beside the grid: working hours per weekday with a break, days marked as not worked, and daily totals — edited in place without leaving the schedule.
